Hewitt&Carr were commissioned by the successful contractor to work alongside them to deliver these four starter industrial units on a prominent city road site. We carried out the project on a design and build basis, taking the original outline approval and working through RIBA work stages 4-8.

Our aim was to create a building which sat next to a larger industrial unit, utilising the same palette of materials to ensure a holistic design over the whole site.
